All InkNI ink cartridges are developed by a dedicated team in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Each cartridge undergoes rigorous testing to ensure full compatibility with your printer.We provide a 2-year warranty against any product defects you encounter while using our cartridges.Most of the issues you experience can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you will need to contact our Customer Service team (call +1 213-301-0949 or service@inknioffice.com). Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you can return the item for a refund after delivery according to our return policy.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product or order for any reason, contact our customer support team by calling +1 213-301-0949 or by e-mailing service@inknioffice.com to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.Note: Please do NOT reject the package directly, or return the item to the sender’s address. The return address will be emailed to you with the RMA#.
Ordered wrong or no longer needed
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind about an item, for all toner cartridges, InkNI allows you to return any unused and unopened products for a refund within 2 years of the purchase date.We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any used or opened items, or for any orders that are past our 60-day grace period.
